I cannot believe that it is 2010.  Wow!  It just kinda hit me this morning.  The turning of a new year is a great time to start over or start something new.  This year I am strategically focusing on a personal growth plan.  I want to be a better husband, father, pastor, communicator and leader.  So I have put together a plan to accomplish my goals.  Lets see how it goes!
